POWER INTELLIGENCE® – THE SCIENCE OF LEADERSHIP

Against the backdrop of the power shift and the raising of consciousness, leaders will now be challenged to take on new roles and implement new leadership positions and styles.

 

The previous era, with the majority of people expecting guidance from without and relying on external forces, factors and persons to provide a quality life, is marked by poverty and lack. At the same time only a small minority of the human population experience wealth and abundance. This is an era of the “have’s” and the “have not’s”. This era demanded leadership roles and leadership styles with “power over people”.

 

The new consciousness brings a challenge of each individual accepting personal responsibility for the self, personal development and the own quality of life. Success, wealth, abundance and prosperity are now within the reach of each individual as “potential” or power- on-hold. Releasing new potential by developing new power tools and skills and consciously creating successful outcomes within a personal context is fundamental to the success of the group, team, organization or even country as a whole. Power Intelligence® as the ability to consciously release the necessary quality and quality of new energy, direct personal, team and organizational focus and develop and self-mastery are now the keys to a “golden” future of success, prosperity abundance.  PI is the therefore the intelligence of the future.

 

This places a demand on leaders to not only develop their own personal levels of Power Intelligence and success, but at the same, time develop the new success DNA within their people, companies and organizations. A leader now becomes the modern day catalyst or “scientist” by inspiring and initiating the change of basic human potentials into higher levels of consciousness and creating a “Golden Era” of health, wealth, abundance and peace. Old outworn leadership strategies, development and training will now make way for new perceptions and leadership development courses. New leaders are now becoming “the alchemists” of the future. 

 

ALCHEMY

Alchemists of old were known for their experiments to try and transform base metals such as lead and copper, into gold. Although this was a challenge for natural sciences, the concept was used as analogy in developing human potential. The ancient alchemists were also explorers of the spirit, whose experiments were aimed at finding keys to spiritual transformation as they attempted to transform the “base metal” of lower human potentials into the “gold” of higher potentials. Swiss alchemist and sixteenth century medical pioneer Paracelsus Von Hohenheim, his contemporaries and forerunners of Bacon’s science, investigated and meditated on the principals of cosmic law. For them, alchemy was a means to an end – the spiritualization of matter whose accomplishment would signify “as above, so below - so within, so without”. These practitioners of the “all-chemistry” of the Universal Power, were “holistic” in their approach, as they sought nothing less than self-mastery and self-realization of their infinite potential and perfection of the physical matrix according to the Universal “Perfect Image”.

 

During the seventeenth century, Francis Bacon laid a scientific empirical foundation by pushing back limitations in the physical sciences, opening avenues to understand spiritual sciences. As “Wonder man of Europe”, Bacon out-pictured the quintessence of the alchemists’ dream for all to see. Known for his investigations into alchemy, optics, mathematics and languages, he earned the title Doctor Mirabalis (“wonderful teacher”) and a reputation as a wonder worker. As medieval philosopher, educational reformer and harbinger of modern science, Bacon developed the higher potential of his students and devotees as he instructed, mentored and inspired them in the “sacred sciences”.

Although these philosophies were and in many instances are still opposed by leaders of the Newtonian-Cartesian era, the new power-shift necessitates revisiting ancient theories and practices in order to come to a deeper understanding of and develop new skills and competencies necessary for the alchemic transformation of lower human potentials into higher order power and potential, thereby enhancing growth, development and levels of maturity. At the same time creating a quality life of health, wealth abundance and prosperity now becomes part of the personal right and responsibility of every individual, group team, organization and country.

The leadership challenge is to now relinquish control over people and develop “power within people” allowing space to grow and develop higher order expertise. This demands that any one aspiring to be a leader, first need to become power intelligent and then inspire others to become power intelligent and create their own quality of life.
